ESTUDO DE CASO COMO METODOLOGIA ATIVA PARA O ENSINO DE INGLÊS INSTRUMENTAL NO CURSO TÉCNICO EM NUTRIÇÃO E DIETÉTICA

O presente artigo discutiu a integração do inglês instrumental e das metodologias ativas, especialmente o estudo de caso, no ensino do curso técnico em Nutrição e Dietética. A partir de revisão teórica e de evidências científicas recentes, evidenciou-se que a Aprendizagem Baseada em Casos (CBL) e a Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (PBL) são eficazes para o desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico, da autonomia e da capacidade de tomada de decisão em contextos de formação na saúde. Além disso, a associação entre o inglês instrumental e os estudos de caso favorece a aprendizagem contextualizada, permitindo que o aluno desenvolva competências linguísticas e técnicas simultaneamente, com foco na interpretação de rótulos, protocolos e textos científicos em língua inglesa. Os achados reforçam que a articulação entre linguagem e prática profissional promove engajamento, compreensão e aplicabilidade do conhecimento, contribuindo para a formação de profissionais tecnicamente competentes, críticos e aptos a atuar em um cenário globalizado. Conclui-se que a integração entre metodologias ativas e o ensino de inglês instrumental representa uma estratégia pedagógica inovadora e necessária para a formação integral de técnicos em nutrição.
